who needs sleep?

oh wait... That would be me!

wtfuckingf?!

You know that your insomnia is bad when after 30 milligrams of Temazepam at 11:30 pm, you're still tossing and turning in bed at 3:30am. We won't even get into the fact that I can still spell the word Temazepam after having taken the maximum allowed dosage of it.

Insomnia: 1
Hardcore prescription hypnotic sleep aid: zip.

There has got to be a solution to this that doesn't require me shooting myself in the head, but I'm damned if I can find it.


ETA: There is some good news, though. My car works again. I'll need a new battery in a few months, but Angela's boyfriend had the soloution to the problem. Apparently, you can put water in a dying battery, and it'll turn to acid, thus extending the life of said battery for up to a year. Who knew?!

ETA2: And yes, my itunes DOES have a sick sense of humor. Why do you ask?

Check out DSPS at http://www.geocities.com/delayed_sleep/treatment.html it might be the issue instead of insomnia. I hadn't heard of it before being at the sleep clinic for a study. (I tried sending this already, but the sky ate it)
I have heard of it before, and the symptoms were as familiar then, as they are now. That's exactly what's wrong with me. The sleeping pills were supposed to help me get myself back on track, but they don't seem to be working very well.
If I had the money, I'd go and find a doctor who specializes in sleep disorders, but as it is, I'm having to try and figure a way to fix it on my own.
I'm not sure if you read the treatment page, but it gives the how too's on light therapy at http://www.geocities.com/delayed_sleep/light.html and being in Florida you could do this at no cost. Good Luck with getting yourself on a better sleep schedule, my biggest problem is staying on it once I get myself turned around.
